Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@empresswearco.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and authorization within 2 business days
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Return Shipping
- Return shipping instructions will be provided via email after your return is authorized
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@empresswearco.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
